There is a wide range of solutions from non-traditional providers such as startups, scaleups and digital SMEs that are applicable to the provision of services, operational efficiency and process optimization or in the field of democratic and institutional quality.

Govtech Lab Bizkaia is an initiative promoted by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia (Diputación Foral de Bizkaia) to bring these solutions closer to the public administration. Within the framework of this project, these new solutions will be identified, piloted and scaled, helping to develop new spaces for public-private collaboration with the most innovative agents in the technological field.
